Hello, how do you spending time at home during quarantine?

I normally don’t drink so much alcohol but I like drink sometimes especially summer. Before pandemic, a colleague Hazuki and I were talking about what kind of alcohol do you drink in Toronto. At that time, she was looking for Shōchū. Since then, I was also looking for  Shōchū. So I went some LCBO and I find few kinds. Most of people known that Sake is the famous Japanese alcohol but Shōchū is also very popular in Japan.  I was only have a choice of beer which is my favorite beer Mill Street Organic but now, I have new favorite which is fresh lemon-sour(Shōchū + carbonated water + lemon juice). However, there are many way to drink with so I want you to try to find your way to drink. Please tell me your favorite.

Our stylist Shoko also love to drink so she might introduce her favorite drink on this blog later.

Have fun your quarantine and don’t too much drink tho:)))

Cheers 🍻

*Shōchū(Japanese: 焼酎) is a Japanese distilled beverage less than 45% alcohol by volume. It is typically distilled from rice (kome), barley (mugi), sweet potatoes (satsuma-imo), buckwheat (soba), or brown sugar (kokutō), though it is sometimes produced from other ingredients such as chestnut, sesame seeds, potatoes or even carrots.
